Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 87991 77183, or email allayucustomercare@gmail.com, with your order number.

Once an order has been handed to our courier partner it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it as described below.

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, your PIN code is not serviceable, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact our support team to start a return.

For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged, leaking or expired, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the package.

We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery charges.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the returned product, or after we confirm a cancellation.

UPI and card payments are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you share with us.

When an unopened product is returned (not damaged or wrong), delivery charges and any COD charge are not refunded.
