Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to most PIN codes in India. At checkout we check your PIN code and tell you whether delivery is available.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, or after a Cash on Delivery order is confirmed.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.

The delivery charge depends on your PIN code and the weight of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay. When a free-delivery offer is running, it is shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery orders may include a COD charge, which is shown at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched you will get a tracking number (AWB). You can follow your order using the order page link in your receipt.

If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, or the delivery is refused, the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders, contact us to arrange re-delivery or a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
